Returns & Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date, must be in new and in unused condition, with original hangtags and poly bags. Shipping is non-refundable
Once we have received and inspected the returned or exchanged item within 30 days, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item. If approved, we will refund the full amount less return shipping costs - flat rate ($15) and restock fee if applicable ($20) to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days, or ship out your new size.
PLEASE NOTE, we do not offer refunds for items purchased through our pro staff program, during sale periods, third parties, or for products bought through our OUTLET. Items purchased on sale, during promotional periods or at a discounted rate cannot be returned for a refund. However they can be exchanged for another size or given store credit. If you need help with sizing, please contact us so we can assist with your selection. Valid proof of purchase is required for authorization of all returns and exchanges.

WEBBED FOOT takes pride in our products and will stand behind their quality. We will replace any piece that's performance in the field has been compromised by a manufacturer's defect for the practical lifespan of the garment. If your WEBBED FOOT product is defective, please contact us via email at contact@webbedfootgear.com.
WEBBED FOOT's warranty policy is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product(s) in question. Items purchased second hand or through a third party do not qualify for warranty exchange. Valid proof of purchase is required.
Warranty authorization is left to the discretion of WEBBED FOOT.
